How to create a cross client bill using Future Bill Module

The below video shows how to create a cross client bill using the Consolidated Job future billing module.  The video was created using PDM, but the instructions will work exactly the same when using the PM screens.   In due course we will also create a video using PM Future billing screens.

IMPORTANT Please note that once you have followed these instructions your future invoices will not be created until the overnight jobs the following morning.

If you have an urgent need to create the invoices as soon as they are set up then you may do this in PDM by using the Tools Menu - Run Future Billing.
