How to save a layout on a PM Grid

The below video shows how to save a default layout on a PM Grid.  This will become the default for the staff member who is making the change, it should not affect the Firm's standard layout unless the person making the change has privilege to update the Firm's default layouts.   The video will also show how someone, who has privilege to save to the Firm's default, may also achieve that action.
