We need some automated process in STAR that would do the following or similar which would prevent staff from freely entering overtime hours, unchecked by the supervisor:
- Some setting/switch to control the below logic based on the staff's contract type
- If staff enters time that’s greater than TSC hours, the ReportingTo person gets an email to approve or reject the overtime
- If the overtime is approved, the staff is able to approve timesheet
- If the overtime is rejected, the staff should not be able to approve the timesheet until the time is adjusted to an acceptable number
