The below filter will only show jobs in billing where the WIP time is greater than $1. We would like it to also take account of expenses. Currently we sometimes miss the opportunity to bill expenses because the time WIP balance is zero.

Amanda Vaughan The filter works as an "either" so set both to 1.00 and it will pick up the client if they have a WIP OR Expense balance over 1.00. (It behaves this way in 2023.1)
