Due Dates - Batch complete and Pending Completion columns

We can check boxes for multiple clients and then continue working within a client due date process (change step note, etc). Then the Batch Complete option can be selected. In Star Web Due Dates you have to select multiple rows and choose Complete immediately. Cannot select a row and then continue working on a client process (updating step note, etc).
